Pulling together a team of MBAs and analysts, visionaries and number crunchers, we review scores of properties in search of the one that we know will fit our model for success. In researching the local market, demographics, and property history we scout the pathway for that success. Sourced properties that pass these critical assessments are those shown to possess a strong upside in value and profit potential after budgeting for our next step of the process, renovation.

Every property comes with its own specific needs and challenges. Age, appearance, wear and maintenance all contribute to formulating a plan of action to increase the beauty, value and profitability of a property in as timely and efficient a manner as possible. What we do in this stage has the biggest impact on the future productivity of our properties. Creating a new energy of care, comfort, and pride of place makes for the type of vibrant properties that are integral to our brand, attracting our desired tenant mix and guaranteeing the asset’s success long into the future.

Optimal results? Longevity, of course, of a stable, attractive, and well-performing multifamily property. To that end we have formed a strategic partnership with KeyBosCorp, whose analytics will help keep our operations at their most efficient and productive. Through training of our management staff at each property, we will implement policies and procedures that promote long term stability. Cobble Creek Residential Subdivision

Cobble Creek is a 287 lot residential subdivision located in Nixa, Missouri. It is a theme oriented development with a beautiful waterwheel entrance. Located 6 miles south of Springfield, Nixa is the fastest growing city in Missouri according to "Population Estimates for Missouri Places". (Trend Letter) Cobble Creek offers several amenities: pool, clubhouse, park, walking trails, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and stocked lakes. Cobble Creek also offers incredible views of the Ozark Mountains.

Jamestown Commercial & Residential Development

(PREVIOUS PROJECT)

Jamestown consists of 45 commercial lots and 99 single-family residential lots that are fully developed. The property is located in Rogersville, Missouri, located 8 miles east of Springfield. The project was completed in 2012 in concert with Greene County through a bond issue. American Equities successfully built out the project over 5 years through six phases with over $15,000,000 of work completed. All single family lots have been sold and construction of new residences has begun.
